This cocktail is a twist on the more popular whisky sour: the way Cicchetto melds with fresh lemon juice makes it mellow and distinctly unique. Don’t forget the egg-white!

Made by using both Limone and Mandarino, adding vodka as well as freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and serve.
